CURRENT NEWS Set your water heater to a slightly lower temperature to further reduce your heating bill. If you've got an older thermostat, have it serviced or change to a newer, digital model. Digital thermostats are easier to use & read, plus allow you to program settings. Before cranking up your heater, put on extra layers of clothing to save money on your monthly bill. You can also save up to 5% just by checking the seals around your windows & doors. The windows can be caulked and/or weather-stripped or look into replacing them with more energy-efficient choices. Close blinds & curtains once the sun sets, to reduce heat from escaping.
