ERIE COUNTY STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN 
On September 12, 2011, the Wayne Township Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 70 implementing the Erie County Stormwater Management Plan. The ordinance was effective September 21, 2011 and requires stormwater planning for regulated activites creating more than 2500 square feet of impervious surface.

Whether constructing a building or installing a driveway, you may not intentionally direct water from your property to roadside ditches or onto neighboring properties.
